- Quick Shipments: Approximately 75% of all orders placed leave our warehouses within 24 to 72 hours (not including weekends & holidays). Most remaining orders leave within 3 to 5 days. Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case some orders can take between 2 to 4 weeks. Once an order has shipped average transit time is an additional 2 to 5 working days. Average time once an order has been placed to the time it is delivered is 7 to 14 days.
- Shipment Method: Most orders are shipped via FedEx. We cannot accept PO boxes or an APO. Shipments are made to all 50 states & Canada. For Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air shipments please call customer service to place your order (800)-595-7659
- Canada Orders: Orders shipped to Canada are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling Daystar Products International charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by the company (UPS) delivering the order.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediatly and we will work to replace the product.
- Lost Packages: If your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to track down the problem. In the event of a package being stolen from your property, unfortunately we are not responsible and it is recommended that you contact your local police department.
Return & Refund Policy
Exchange, Return, Refunds: Daystar Products International will gladly accept returns for items returned within 90 days of the original purchase date under these guidelines:
- Contact Us: You must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. You must fill out the Returns Authorization submission form.
- Please provide the specific reason for your return along with any details about the product including damages, delivery experience, ordered incorrectly, etc.
- Take a photo of any parts delivered and their part s so we can issue a (RGA) for those specific parts.
- You will receive a Return Goods Authorization number. The process to receive an RGA number usually takes to 72 hours.
- RGA Number: Write the RGA number in large black letters on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice.
- Return Package: Return the package(s) freight pre-paid. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Note: All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. ** Please inspect your order for signs of exceptions or damage at time of delivery. If damaged, please notate on carriers Delivery Receipt and refuse the shipment. Even if no exterior damage is visible, open packages and inspect for damage or shortages.
Receiving Refund: Once we receive your package, we will process the refund immediately. You can expect to see your credit within 5 to 10 business days.
If your items have not arrived within 20 days of the date of the original purchase, please e-mail us so that we can look into the situation.
* Due to the popularity of certain items, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below. We thank you for your patience while your items are delivered.
** Daystar Products International (Daystarweb.com) reserves the right to refuse credit on returns per, but not limited to the following conditions.
- Items returned for non-warranty issues.
- Improper RGA.
- Product instructions direct customers to deal directly with manufacturers.
- Manufacturer’s Warranty policies may take precedent on issuing credits.
- Daystarweb.com is not responsible for return shipping when a customer is at fault.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the shipping warehouse if the incorrect part is returned and may be subject to a restock fee.
